In North Carolina law enforcement is committing massive FRAUD by changing the race of criminals from the correct one to “caucasian”.
I am now fully convinced major fraud is taking place in North Carolina crime stats.
Last night, I was researching a case when I kept noticing something odd.
A Hispanic suspect who was correctly labelled as “Hispanic” would strangely be “Caucasian” in other arrests.

This is is TREASON to this country as it alters the crime statistics we use to make important decisions about border security, funding, etc.
