We are still sifting through all the claims and evidence.
First of all, why deviate?
To clarify… Why the diversion from what would be a straight shot towards North Eleuthera Airport in the Bahamas? The severe weather would have stayed north of the flight path. A replay makes it look like the leer jet crossed into Florida and decided to make a beeline towards Mar-a-Lago.

Here is what we got so far:
the plane crash near Mar-a-Lago is a complete historical and statistical anomaly:
> Learjet 60s have existed for 33 years
> 3 fatal crashes on record: all on takeoff, approach, or landing
> then one fell from 35,000 feet near Mar-a-Lago> 11 prior U.S. Learjet 60 accidents
> 6 on landing. 2 on approach. 1 on takeoff. 2 while taxiing.
> 0 en route> worldwide: 3 prior fatal Learjet 60 crashes on record:
1. Brazil — 2022, overran the runway.
2. South Carolina — 2008, overran the runway on rejected takeoff.
3. Venezuela — 2013 struck terrain on landing approach.> 0 fatal crashes from high altitude
> 0 crashes during cruising phase of flight> oct 23 — NORAD confirms air defenses around Mar-a-Lago
> nov 1 — Bahamas-bound Learjet 60 goes into a dive from ~35,000 ft over South Florida
> closest tracked point to Mar-a-Lago — 3.9 miles away, still at ~21,000 ft
> hits the ground 5.7 miles from the estate> ~27,000 ft gone in 65 seconds
> 13,000 of those feet gone in 20 seconds
> average over that stretch — 39,000 ft/min
> the tracker’s vertical-speed readout tops out at 32,640> closest same-model case I found was in 2023
> Learjet 60 at 41,000 ft near thunderstorms. crew loses pitch and roll control
> captain estimates 10,000 ft/min down, recovers at 38,500 ft. everyone lives> the 3 previous fatal Learjet 60 crashes I could find worldwide killed 7 people combined
> this one killed 9> first, most deadly, and only high-altitude Learjet crash in 33 years of service, within 4 miles of brand new short range air defense at Mar-a-Lago
bonus fact:
> In October 1980, a Learjet 25 pitched up and stalled at 45,000 ft over Missouri. Both engines flamed out. The jet began responding to the pilots again around 32,000 ft. They restarted the engines between 24,000 and 28,000 ft and landed in Wichita https://t.co/BCPnqWdzuU

FULL VIDEO:
Air traffic controllers warned the pilots of the Learjet that crashed in Florida today about extreme weather ahead, explicitly giving them permission to change course and avoid the storm.
The pilots acknowledged the warning.

HIVE Detect is calling the first video AI at the point where it shows a plane.
This is concerning. What is really happening?
HiveDetect is showing that the airplane and the explosion were AI Generated. https://t.co/nlJOS8P9vH

Looks like the 20 year old pilot was bold, does not get to be old.
Hell, she flew through the “Red.”
Could they not see the cell?
Who was running the radar?
Modern aircraft radar systems have 3 colors: Green, lvl 1. Yellow lvl 2-3. Your guess… Red 4-6: lvl 4=10% chance a/c loss; 5: 50%, Level 6: 90%.
You never go into the red because you can’t tell from the screen if it’s 4, 5, or 6 in the soup (no visibility).
She hit the leading edge gust upwards (It’s building), and got sucked into the central downdraft which causes microbursts/intense downpours. https://t.co/LVg370yQsw— Marcus O’Reillius (@euthunoF4E) November 2, 2026
But still, why would she go North from Ft. Myers to WPB to get to North Eleuthera, Bahamas?!
Is it normal for the Learjet 60 N722BD to take a left towards West Palm Beach when their destination was North Eleuthera in the Bahamas? https://t.co/JknPFNPJCM

Don’t worry, it gets weirder.

The co-pilot of the Learjet that crashed into the ground in Florida has been identified as 20-year-old Nathalia Filgueiras, texted her boyfriend just 10 minutes before the crash.
Filgueiras’ mother said she “always knew” a plane would “take her away from me.”
The pilot was flying to the Bahamas when the plane plummeted 20,000 feet per minute into the ground.
“I wanted her to live her dream, but I knew that her dream was going to be the thing that would take her away from me,” her mother told the New York Post.
“I knew that a plane was gonna take her away from me. I always knew it, but I was so proud of her. I know she was living her dream.”
Just 10 minutes before the crash, Filgueiras reportedly texted her boyfriend: “I’ve got turbulence, I’ve got ice.”
The female pilot got her pilot license in high school. Her stepfather says she had 1,300 hours of experience.
In a social media post, Filgueiras boasted about how young she was as a pilot with her boyfriend.
“How often do you see 2 pilots under 21 with a commercial, multi-engine, instrument, CFI/CFI-I,” she said.
8 other people were on board the jet when it crashed. They have yet to be identified.
