Two trans-identified males have been charged in the abuse and murder of a 7 year-old boy.
Kaitlin Evans, the boy’s biological mother, was arrested alongside Kirby Rankin and Nessa Keaney, both men who have been reported as being women by media outlets, and who were living with her in a “co-parenting” situation.

The child, William Evans, was found dead in a closet and bound with duct tape.
Investigators say the boy had been abused for at least two months leading up to his death.
The boy was tortured by being held underwater, and had suffered burns.

He was said to have been living in such extreme isolation that neighbors didn’t even know a child lived at the residence.
Local news reports from the Hamilton County courthouse have revealed that the boy’s biological father is also a separate, as yet unnamed, trans-identified male.
